About Our Company

Richard, Hassan & Associates was formed as a result of the merger of previously two audit firms namely Richards & Associates and Hassan Hassan and Company.
Richards and Associates started operations in the year 2006 as an audit firm while previously It was operating as a tax consultancy firm.
Hassan Hassan and Company also being a duly registered audit firm started operations as an audit firm in the year 2013.
It is with this background that the two audit firms decided to merge together in order to offer their range of clients  more value added services.
